Just listed by Mark and Jeff, the 1859 Boatman-Ainsworth house is one of the oldest surviving residences in Pierce county.  This incredibly intact Federal style farm house is on the National Historic Register.  Situated on more than an acre, the house consists of 4 bedrooms, two baths, and four fireplaces!
