About Jeff

With an MBA and twelve years of consumer marketing experience with companies such as Colgate Palmolive, Nestle and Warner Brothers, Jeff knows what sells.  He's applied this marketing expertise to buying, renovating and selling homes, enjoying average annual residential real estate sales in excess of $18 million during his tenure with Sotheby's International Realty in Pasadena, California (2001-2010), and has quickly become a top producer at Windermere Professional Partners in Tacoma.

Jeff now specializes in residential real estate sales in Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood and Gig Harbor and prides himself on delivering highly personalized service, working with a limited number of clients at one time.  Jeff takes the time to make sure he understands his client's wants and needs, providing each with a customized plan to buy or sell their home.  Importantly, clients are never delegated to an assistant or a less experienced agent.

Jeff has been buying, renovating and selling historic homes since 1993 (more than thirty five and counting) and he's passionate about the restoration of classic architecture.  Jeff has been purchasing historic properties in Tacoma since 2005 and owns two homes in the North End.   Jeff was elected by his peers to serve on the prestigious Windermere Broker Advisory Board, and he currently serves on the board of directors for Historic Tacoma, an organization dedicated to the preservation of Tacoma's architectural treasures.  Jeff has also owned and shown American quarter horses since childhood.  He currently owns several horses, which are located at Summitview ranch south of Roy, Washington.  Jeff is consistently ranked among the top riders in the nation in his specialty event, Amateur Western Pleasure, and he currently serves as President Elect on the board of directors for the Washington State Quarter Horse Association.

About Mark

After seven years as a successful sales agent with Sotheby's International Realty in Los Angeles, Mark relocated to the South Sound, where he has owned property since 2006. Mark covers a wide range of neighborhoods and price points including Tacoma, University Place and Gig Harbor. Approximately two-thirds of Mark's clients have been referred to him by past clients and many are first time home buyers. The counseling skills that Mark honed prior to his career in real estate have served him well as a sales agent, enabling him to gently but effectively orient buyers and sellers to the increasingly complex housing marketplace. Mark provides his clients with invaluable guidance, helping them to prioritize their wants and needs. Mark's writing skills have also proved useful, greatly enhancing the marketing materials that he generates for his listings.

Mark earned a B.A. in English from Wesleyan University and an M.S. in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College. He is currently serving on the Advisory Board for the UW Tacoma Urban Studies Program, and he is actively involved at the Tacoma Art Museum.
